Dockage rates for 2010 will be increased over these rates effective April 1, 2010. Book your dock and pay in full by Mar 31, 2010 to avoid the increase. 2009 rates were: $80 per foot (LOA). Minimum charge for a solid slip is $2000.00 and floating docks are $1500.00. There is an air conditioning surcharge of $100.00 per unit.
